Mirna Iwaza

As a child, Mirna remembers this statement, “Humans use only 5% of their brain potential”.

Her spontaneous reaction was asking, “Why don’t we use it all?”. This perhaps was the beginning of her lifelong interest in psychology and quest for self- development.

She began using affirmations and self-suggestion techniques more than twenty years ago to increase her concentration skills at the university and it allowed her to maintain a positive and vibrant attitude towards her life.

It was in 2010 when she was, diagnosed with Endometriosis and experienced hypnotherapy as a tool for healing. Within a few sessions, not only did Mirna significantly heal her body but she also received deep insights about her life. She felt drawn to learn the subject and spread this work to as many people as possible.

Mirna received her credentials in Clinical Hypnotherapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Family Systems and Life Coaching to enrich her toolbox of therapeutic interventions .

Mirna obtained her MBA and previous to her contribution to the Wellness Industry, she worked in Marketing of pharmaceuticals .Her interest in psychotherapy surpassed her love of marketing and she decided to change her career and become a full time Psychotherapist in 2014 .
