“Humans only use 5% of their brain potential.” This statement has intrigued Mirna since childhood and caused her to deeply ponder the question: “Why don’t we use all of our brain’s capacity?”

This spark ignited her interest in the field of psychology and began the quest into her own self-development.

Mirna began using affirmations and self-suggestion techniques in university in order to refine her concentration skills. Not only was it a success, but it also allowed her to maintain a positive and vibrant attitude towards life.

In 2010 she was diagnosed with Endometriosis and experienced hypnotherapy as a healing tool.  Along with healing herself, Mirna received deep insights about her life. This led to an insatiable desire to learn more about the subject and spread the healing to as many people as possible.

Mirna obtained her MBA and previously worked in the field of pharmaceutical marketing. It wasn’t long before her love of psychotherapy blossomed and surpassed her interest in marketing, and by 2014, she was a full-time psychotherapist.

Mirna’s credentials include Clinical Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Family Systems and Life Coaching. In addition she currently holds an International Diploma in Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy and counselling from the E.I.C.H institute, as well as a Family Therapy certification from the Virginia Satir Institute.

Mirna is a dedicated and goal oriented therapist who strives to empower others and assist them in discovering the best version of themselves.
