The Tibetan five rites normalize hormonal imbalances in the body by stimulating energy flow in our glandular system.
They are simple set of exercises with endless anti-aging and stress-reducing benefits.
Each of the Five Tibetan Rites are made up of a set of movements that are repeated 21 times.
When practiced daily they:

§ Cleanse and balance the emotions & support emotional well-being.

About the Facilitator:
I started my Kriya Journey in 2015 with my Master Dr. Pradeep Ullal.
Since then I have been practicing the Ancient technique of the Himalayan Yogi Masters.
Under his guidance and blessings I discovered my true potential and path to liberation.
I became a better, healthier, confident and happy human being.
Being a successful UAE business woman with strong back ground of investment, finance and business management skills and experience , my deepest desire today is to teach and share my experience and adventure of Himalayan Kriya Yoga practice and other potential modalities.
This Journey will discover your core strengths and highlight your true potential. You will be able to manage your day to day life and lead a happy, healthy and stress free life style.
Every challenge you face will look so manageable and doable.
It’s a practice that can be adapted for young children, teenagers, adult and old people.
I also practice 5 Steps of Tibetans Yoga, TRE (Trauma release exercises) and Energy healing. These techniques relieve pain, anxiety, stress and opens blockages to allow the flow of oxygen.
It involves combination of breathing, transmitting light energies, putting pressure on the main chakras, stretching & massaging the meridian lines.
I’m learning and practicing all my modalities regularly and always happy and open to share and learn more.
