An important part of maintaining overall well-being is to be aware of your auric field.
Aura awareness and cleansing are achieved through techniques which include the balancing of your chakra system. Whether or not there is an imbalance, it is generally a good idea to cleanse it periodically, to ensure there aren’t any negative energies lingering.
Your aura can influence how people react and respond to you. We all know someone who makes us feel good by just being around us. This is greatly influenced by the energy of their aura.
Our aura is weakened by poor diet, stress, lack of rest, lack of sleep, lack of exercise, alcohol, drugs, negative habits and deeds and negative thoughts.
You will experience a very powerful aura cleansing guided meditation combined with auric shower rituals that you can use regularly, on your own, after the practice.

About the Facilitator – Annie Roydhouse
I studied Psychology and Neuroscience, which indulged my curiosity of the mind and thoughts. Later, I studied Buddhist philosophy to learn how to tame the mind but as a desk bound city dweller I found it hard to put all my learnings into practice amongst all the bright lights, distractions and delusions.
Yoga connected me to my true self, a place of nurturing self-love, and a place of calm no matter where you are and what is around you. You can completely rely on yourself to cultivate your own calm and happiness, and I look forward to helping you find your brightest most authentic light.
