When we meditate with a candle, the mind is able to gain a sense of focus and stillness.
During this meditation, we sit and simply watch the candle flame and with soft eyes gaze and connect to the fire energy. The meditation allows the mind to connect to one point or drishti. This allows our thoughts begin to slowdown, melt and release.
The meditation also includes a visualization exercise which allows the light energy to flow through the body and connect to the inner wisdom, feelings and sensations of the body. You will leave this meditation feeling peaceful, clear and calm.
