This 4-day intensive course provides training in the most successful, tried-and-tested, models of coaching and the techniques that have been developed over the years since the contemporary notion of coaching was first introduced by Tim Galwey, and then developed with Sir John Whitmore and others.
Although it’s the first level of the Coaching element of the full programme, it can be taken on a free-standing basis but we can only issue a Certificate of Completion, which is not an accredited qualification. It’s very useful in its own right for those interested in eventually having a career as a coach and who want to learn skills that they can put into immediate action, as well as for those who want to be able to use coaching skills in the workplace, in HR, motivation, management and training roles, etc. Counsellors, therapists, social and community workers, educators, etc. can also learn the skills to complement their professional roles.
It’s the third compulsory element of the full Licensed Coach programme, although it can be taken before, between or after the NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner courses, depending on the dates available. In this instance, we’ve scheduled it between the Practitioner and Master Practitioner courses.
Standard course fee is AED 5,950, reduced to AED 5,450 for Earlybirds (pay at least two weeks in advance).
Includes: course materials, veg. lunches, and Certificate of Attendance.
