Chakras are energy vortexes located throughout our body, which regulate the flow of energy through our energy system. The functioning of the chakras, reflect how we choose to respond to conditions in our life. Our chakras correspond to the way we think and the way we feel. Sometimes our chakras may be blocked or out of balance due to stress, daily pressures or traumas.
This meditation guides participants to cleanse, balance and activate their chakras which in turn nourishes our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing.
