A labyrinth is an ancient symbol that relates to wholeness. It combines the imagery of the circle and the spiral into a meandering but purposeful path. The Labyrinth represents a journey to our own center and back again out into the world. Labyrinths have long been used as meditation, prayer and healing tools.
The process of walking the labyrinth helps many people become more centered and balanced.
A classical labyrinth has seven circuits, which correspond to our seven chakras, the seven colors of the rainbow, and the seven musical notes.

During this workshop, you will set an intention before you walk the labyrinth. Your intention can be looking for an answer to a question, or just seeking a way to find balance or improvement in some area of your life.
The experience of walking the labyrinth is different for everyone, and different each time you walk one.

Labyrinths can bring a heightened awareness that leads to psychological and spiritual growth. A labyrinth walk is a walking meditation that promotes relaxation and release of stress; it is a way to get in touch with your inner self and gives you the opportunity to seek answers to your questions.

In this workshop, you will be introduced to ways on how to create your personal labyrinth and meditate on the same, to create a deep link between you and your inner self, similar to the conscious and sub-conscious brain pathway.
You will also learn how to connect your index finger and the seven chakras circuit that resides as a flow chart in your personal and handmade labyrinth, which is a very useful tool to clear the memories blocking your present state of mind, so you can really carve a great future.
