Focusing your attention on the everyday gifts that nature gives you can help you cultivate reverence. In our own lives, just placing our feet on the floor to connect with the earth first thing in the morning fills us with gratitude. Splashing water on our faces connect us to the water that flows all over the planet.
Drawing air deeply into our lungs as we glimpse the rays of the sun brings a sense of joy, because fire, air, and prana have united in us. In those first moments of waking we feel a deep connection and gratitude to the Earth. When we remember these connections with gratitude we can experience groundedness, a sense of belonging, and a feeling of abundant well being.
This meditation is aimed at connecting to one’s residual energy deposited in the core of the earth. The energy can be absorbed by the human system and can be deployed to different parts of the human body as it has very good healing properties.
Earth meditation is for you to connect with the energy of the Earth and experience the support, strength and nurturing Mother Earth can give us.
