Dynamic Therapeutic Breathing is the conscious use of breathing for physical , mental and spiritual well being. It facilitates profound self exploration and healing that integrates insight of various styles of psychology including Transpersonal psychology, Eastern Spiritual practices and Mystical Traditions of the World.
When one surrenders into the conscious breathing , awareness expands rapidly to the point where the consciousness changes. The breather/participant is aware of the surroundings at all times but the focus is inward and that inner experience is limitless and infinitely varied. It can be anything from waves of energy to a dream like visuals experiences, emotions of all kinds to memories to profound clarity and insight.
A typical session consists of profound emotional release and deep physical relaxation. After a successful well integrated session, many report that they feel more relaxed than they have felt in their life. The “breather” can feel flooded with feelings of love and experiences mystical connection to other people, nature, the entire cosmos.
