Often we experience extreme highs and lows of emotion in response to the way we think, perceive and react to our experiences around us. Emotions serve to guide us, to help us understand what part of us needs healing, and to alert us on a conscious level of what you value and expect from life. However, when we are extremely emotional, whether it’s good or bad emotion, we do not see things for what they truly are.
This grounding guided visualization meditation and breath work will help you feel emotionally balanced and strong.
My sessions are always sprinkled with philosophy and life wisdom from years of studying the human mind, so come with an open heart and mind, and get ready to feel GREAT!

About the Facilitator – Annie Roydhouse
I studied Psychology and Neuroscience, which indulged my curiosity of the mind and thoughts. Later, I studied Buddhist philosophy to learn how to tame the mind but as a desk bound city dweller I found it hard to put all my learnings into practice amongst all the bright lights, distractions and delusions.
Yoga connected me to my true self, a place of nurturing self-love, and a place of calm no matter where you are and what is around you. You can completely rely on yourself to cultivate your own calm and happiness, and I look forward to helping you find your brightest most authentic light.
