In life, at times we are faced with difficult situations, which may cause us pain, hurt, anger, frustration, guilt, etc. The intention of this meditation is help us release and clear all those feelings which weigh us down and that don’t serve us anymore.
Emotions play a vital role in the process of manifesting the reality we desire to experience.
Emotional Cleansing is a process of healing that releases unpleasant emotions associated with painful memories. Stored toxic emotions often create self-limiting beliefs and leads to emotionally reactive behavior, which can sabotage goals, happiness, peace of mind and physical health.
The focus of this mindful meditation, is to get in touch with those unpleasant emotions, and within a safe environment, vent out and release stored, toxic emotions from the deep recesses of your subconscious mind. This healing process gives you the opportunity to neutralize your emotions and restore your balance.
Once you remain a neutral observer, you are able to align yourself with positive emotions, which accelerate you towards your highest potential.
