If we could see our emotional bruises with our naked eyes, we would embrace one another, and choose our words differently. We all carry around us within us these emotional bruises that make us play safe, and secure with a promise to oneself never to experience pain again. Our emotional body is what spices our life, makes living spontaneous, and often carrying those wounds and playing by their rules limits our life possibilities.
Carrying within us these hurt will only allow our insecurities to take the best of us, and not fully allow ourselves to experience happiness.
In this guided meditation the participants are gently guided creating a safe space to release those old wounds, for they no longer serve them any purpose, and experience healing and transformation that previously seemed impossible.
