As we get lost in our daily grind, life gets faster, we operate on autopilot, become reactive and fatigued. Sounds familiar? Whilst life passes by, we forget to check into ourselves, and live life reacting to our external worlds, rather than reacting from a place of calm in our internal world.
Through a guided visualization meditation, we will calm down the mind and breath to ensure you feel restored, calm and focused in the eye of the storm.
My sessions are always sprinkled with philosophy and life wisdom from years of studying the human mind, so come with an open heart and mind, and get ready to feel GREAT!

About the Facilitator – Annie Roydhouse
I studied Psychology and Neuroscience, which indulged my curiosity of the mind and thoughts. Later, I studied Buddhist philosophy to learn how to tame the mind but as a desk bound city dweller I found it hard to put all my learnings into practice amongst all the bright lights, distractions and delusions.
Yoga connected me to my true self, a place of nurturing self-love, and a place of calm no matter where you are and what is around you. You can completely rely on yourself to cultivate your own calm and happiness, and I look forward to helping you find your brightest most authentic light.
