Everyone will at some point in their lives experience bereavement and loss.
This is in the natural order of things and really can not be avoided.
How people deal with and move on from loss is usually not so straight forward .It can be extremely difficult to come to terms with the death of a close friend or loved one, yet, some people do this and do go on to lead active and healthy lives.
In this talk participants will be able to understand grief and its stages enabling them to cope with it in a better way.
