Life is but a series of breaths, and how we breath is how we allow life to happen.
Breathing may be considered the most important of all functions of the body.
A Human Being is not only dependent on breath of life, but is largely dependent upon correct habits of breathing for continued vitality and freedom from disease.
A correct breathing and control over our breathing habits, will lengthen our life, and increase our vitality.
In the current talk we will present the importance of correct breathing.
