Tantra yoga is different to any yoga style – the focus is on relaxing the body the body and the mind and not on the asanas. You do the yoga with your eyes closed and feel your way into the asana, the teacher only corrects you if it’s absolutely necessary, and you hold each asana for about a minute and then flow into shavasana after every asana. It’s totally normal and okay to fall asleep during yoga.
The sequence is always the same and totally suitable for beginners.
After the yoga session students will be very relaxed and we will then do a guided meditation session for them to get into their bodies and start to really connect with the way they feel about money. In the meditation they will see the mind body connection and start to release some emotions about money.
