This workshop will involve simple techniques will be given to control negative self talk and increase positive self-image.
The techniques are simple and challenges any negative self-talk and replaces them with positive self-talk. Participants will be given material to take home to use whenever negative thoughts arise. They will be empowered and enabled in that same moment to breakdown and change those thoughts quickly and effectively.
