Happiness is when things are flowing in accordance to our desires, and in the moment when life seems to fail and not happen in accordance to us we experience Sadness.
Gratitude is to accept the duality of nature and everything around, for without acceptance one has no power to change the outside situation.
Gratitude is to let go of control, yet to allow oneself to fully be in control, a paradox that the rational mind seems to never understand.
A moment of gratitude is to bring our attention to the present moment, to fully accept the moment, and be grateful. Only through acceptance, we have the power to change. Practicing gratitude creates within us an inner peace that allows us “to accept the things we can’t change and the courage to change the things we can and wisdom to know the difference”.
In this guided meditation the participants will be able to tap into the source of gratitude that is already within, where all that was impossible before seems to be possible when one consciously practices gratitude.
