When practicing yoga, we enter a state of being where we feel calm, comfortable and steady – mentally and physically. Introducing the physical practice into your daily routine, we boost our body with fresh oxygenated blood, squeeze out the de-oxygenated blood, massage internal organs, tone up the nervous system and gently flex and stretch the muscles.
There are so many benefits to each and every posture, to put it in a few words: practicing yoga balances the hormonal system, slows down your breath, expands your lung capacity, and strengthens your body.
