During the workshop and the meditation that follows it, you will learn the secrets of a good night sleep, many of which you will be able to apply immediately.
In the first part of this workshop, you will learn how the sleep cycle occurs, what the main reasons of insomnia and other sleep troubles are and how to deal with them when they occur. You will learn how to run your brain more effectively to beat insomnia before it even happens. You will learn skills to think differently, so insomnia can be switched off accessing a restful sleep state.
You will also learn about natural remedies like supplements and herbs that can induce the perfect sleep.
During part two of the workshop, you will experience a wonderful hypnotic state during which we will remove old useless programs and install new ones guiding you to sleep every night.
Part three will teach you the power of self-hypnosis so you can use it easily and effortlessly weather you want to sleep at night or weather you just want to have a power nap.
