Your life script is written from your conception and continues till you are 7-8 years old. Several of our limiting beliefs and blocks to positive behaviors began in our childhood. Traumatic or unhappy incidents that may have occurred when we were younger stay embedded and suppressed in our subconscious mind, and surface when least expected.
This meditation guides you through a gentle and loving process of energy cleansing, purification and grounding. Through this journey, you will be guided to reconnect with your inner child and gain the strength to forgive yourself and others for the past. The intention of this meditation is to expand your awareness, to respond in the most appropriate manner, in alignment with your most empowering wisdom in the present moment. This meditation will provide comfort and resolution, and healing from difficult relationships and situations.

About the Facilitator
I studied Psychology and Neuroscience, which indulged my curiosity of the mind and thoughts. Later, I studied Buddhist philosophy to learn how to tame the mind but as a desk bound city dweller I found it hard to put all my learnings into practice amongst all the bright lights, distractions and delusions.
Yoga connected me to my true self, a place of nurturing self-love, and a place of calm no matter where you are and what is around you. You can completely rely on yourself to cultivate your own calm and happiness, and I look forward to helping you find your brightest most authentic light.
