Did you know that we have 60,000 to 80,000 thoughts a day? When our minds are constantly busy and chattering all the time, we are unable to focus, calm and gain a sense of stillness.
Meditation is the process of moving the mind from activity to stillness and we do this through many forms and styles of meditation.
These are powerful, uplifting, and life enhancing experiences which will enable you to connect with yourself and bring forth the essence of who you really are.
This workshop has been created to provide you with insight into meditation, how to integrate it into your everyday lives and how your life can become enriched, calmer and more joyful.
This is a workshop which will cover the following:
– Meditation and its importance in our lives
– The many styles of meditation
– Present moment awareness through mindfulness
– Meditation practice
– Interactive exercises, discussions and role-plays
This workshop will feature many meditation experiences including: chakra balancing, chocolate meditation and mantra. All powerful ways to still, calm and clarify the essence of who we are.
