An event every week that begins at 10:00am on Tuesday, repeating until Tuesday, January 31, 2017
This is a morning meditation for those people who are at home and have completed their morning chores and have some me-time available. As much as we we take care of others, it is also important for us to nourish and take care of ourselves.
The meditation will be guided and include styles including: breath focus, mantras, visualisations and metta-moments – the sharing of loving kindness.

About the Facilitator
Monica holds a Master of Science and has held numerous positions in the banking and financial services industries for over 15 years. She has successfully implemented strategic programs and recently worked for Network International in the UAE.
Monica has a passion for alternative medicines and has been practising meditation for a number of years. Monica is a certified Master of Wisdom and Meditation teacher and also possesses additional certifications in Crystal therapy and Colour therapy. Monica has also organised numerous events such as ladies’ day and company staff forums in the corporate world.
Monica will be offering meditation classes and lifestyle workshops at Miracles Dubai on a regular basis providing a real-life approach to meditation and breathing techniques to support day to day life.
