This workshop has been created to help participants have a healthy and conscious relationship with food.
If you feel trapped, imprisoned, chained to food, judged, guilty about what you eat and when you eat. If you care about your weight and appearance, are obsessed and tired of going from one diet to another, this workshop will help you to pay attention and be in charge of your eating, of accepting yourself and the choices you make.
We will help you eat with love, joy and happiness through a mindful process. Join us and understand your habits, patterns and what triggers them.

2pm: Registration & Introduction
2.30pm: Analysing and Identifying our habits (how, when, where, what beliefs)
3pm: Food VS energy and the chakras
4pm: Food VS Emotions – dieting vs mindful eating – steps to mindful eating
4.30pm: Practice and exercises
5pm to 6pm: Group hypnosis – debriefing & Q/A
