Meditating at the end of your working day after you arrive home is a powerful way to cleanse the day of yourself by letting the day go.
This is a meditation which will use a variety of techniques and often combine them to give you different methods you can use at home.

About the Facilitators
Monica and Philippe have been meditating and practicing mindfulness over many years and been exposed to many different forms of meditation. Having worked in the banking sector both in London and Dubai, they realised the importance of self-focus to be able to manage and deal with the high paced and stressful environments of the corporate world.
They embarked on a spiritual journey and sealed this with a hands-on certification with davidji (previously COO of the Chopra Centre, California, USA), which culminated for an intensive and immersive training in California. They are now both fully certified as masters of wisdom and meditation teachers and continue with their journey of spirituality as it is a lifetime process.
Together, they offer a number of styles of meditation and lifestyle consulting services ranging from stress management, meditation training, to life coaching and colour therapy for individuals, couples, families and corporates.
Their vision to support society on a journey to go through life with the knowledge of stillness, with ease and grace whilst still operating and going through the everyday responsibilities of life we all have upon us.
