In this meditation, participants will be taken on a journey into a state of deep relaxation. This will enable them to obtain clarity of though, emotional balance and will enable their body to come back into homeostasis.
As participants, are guided to release stress, they will be able to view the ‘bigger picture’ and take stock of their life, review the quality of life and obtain strategies to enjoy life with ease.
