When you perceive a threat or a major challenge, chemicals & hormones surge throughout your body.
Stress triggers your FIGHT – FREEZE – FLIGHT response. Typically, after the response, out of the above three, your body should relax. Too much constant stress can have negative effects on your long-term health.
In this meditation, you will learn how to relieve stress using your five senses and the relevant receptors (eyes, ears, mouth, nose and hands)
Because the nostrils are smaller than the mouth, air exhaled through the nose creates a back flow of air (and oxygen) into the lungs. Therefore, we exhale more slowly through the nose than we do through the mouth and the lungs have more time to extract oxygen from the air we’ve already taken in.
But, as to experience the process of inhaling the ozone through your nose for positivity and exhaling the toxic negativity through your mouth, the body reacts immediately with creating more space for positive feel.
Relaxation can only happen when you are able to disconnect from the routine chores of gamma frequencies around you and replace the same with negative ions present in the same environment but directed through the higher theta and delta frequencies using our brain.
