Meditation is an art that has been practiced for centuries by humanity in order to experience higher levels of awareness, knowledge, guidance, healing, inner peace and spiritual enlightenment.
Meditation is a very relaxing, therapeutic experience as individuals discover the truth of who they are. This practice quiets the mind and soothes the soul, as individuals receive the greater wisdom of their life situations or any other answers or guidance they may be searching for.
Meditation Workshop at Miracles is designed especially for individuals who would like to learn about the practice of meditate. This workshops covers information on what is meditation, the various types of meditation, its benefits and impact on the mind, body & soul. Participants will learn various meditation techniques that will empower them to meditate either in a group or within their own space. This workshop does not require any previous knowledge or experience in meditation as it is designed for the beginners level.
It is suggested to maintain a vegetarian diet 24-hours before the workshop, eat light and dress in comfortable clothing.
