Buddha During this mindfulness meditation session we use a number of techniques to bring awareness to the present moment. We connect to ourselves in that moment through our breath – our breath is our best friend and when we remember to connect to this, we become aware of life on a moment by moment basis. This session uses body scanning to allow us to become aware of the feelings, sensations and ourselves in that moment. We go on a journey through ourselves to really connect with who we are.
