Event Description

The things that you don’t particularly like doing but can’t seem to stop are patterns that have power over you and your personality. Awareness allows you to break this pattern. Once you are conscious of the repetitive behaviors, you are then armed with the courage to deal with them head-on.

Practicing mindfulness brings your attention from a state of “thinking” into the present moment. Thinking can sometimes be a detrimental pattern itself and often leads to useless or random thoughts. The more we can bring ourselves back from this state of thinking into the present moment, the more the process of self-awareness accelerates. Mindfulness meditation spawns relaxation and contentment in all those who practice it with regularity.

2). Applicable to all full-day courses only – In order to confirm your spot in the classes, we request for an advance payment of 50% to be made minimum 24-hours before the class. If prior deposits are not made, an additional AED 100.00 with be applicable for same day sign-ups, as it would be considered a drop-in rate.
