Event Description

The things that you do that you don’t particularly like and yet can’t seem to stop doing are patterns that have power over you at the personality level.

Awareness enables you to see them so you can then have the courage to face them by being fully conscious, which is what heals the pattern.

With practicing mindfulness , you learn to pull your attention from your thinking to the moment , to the here and now, as often as you can, which helps you break out of your patterns and accelerate the process of becoming self-aware.

This mediation helps you enhance your practice of mindfulness which makes you more relaxed, content and more at peace.
