What is it? Mindfulness meditation involves paying attention in a particular way to one’s physical, emotional, and mental experiences moment by moment. There is scientific evidence supporting the benefits of mindfulness meditation to help manage stress and anxiety, improve memory and attention, boost the immune system, help regulate emotions, manage pain, and promote a general sense of well-being.
What to expect? It’s an opportunity to practice 45 minutes of guided mindfulness meditation in a group setting. This is not group therapy. Different meditations will be introduced each week. The last 15 minutes of the session will be dedicated to questions and discussion about the practice.
How should I dress? Wear loose fitting comfortable clothing, bring socks or a shawl as the room may be cool.

Alexia follows the beautiful principles of a yogic lifestyle. Through the traditional ashtangi methods of her masters, she has a strong foundation based upon which she helps and motivates her students achieve their goals.
Passionate about alternative healing she studied Usui Reiki with Master Amit Namdev. Formerly a gemologist, she has always used gems for their healing purpose. Alexia combines all these tools and shares her knowledge with her students and clients for a peaceful and happy life.
