This meditation uses the “squeeze and release” technique to let go of any tension being held in the body and to bring a sense of calm and stillness within.
Through breathing, stress is released and the mind and body feels a sense of ease and relief.
A typical session will include: breathing awareness, squeeze and release, letting go meditation and relaxation.
