We live in a critical and judgmental world, and while humans criticize and judge others enough a daily basis, you should not be doing that to yourself. Guilt and self-blame are toxic emotions to be feeding yourself, you need to show compassion towards yourself. During this meditation, with the help of angels and dragons, we will clear and cleanse our chakras. The energy centres where we we can hold stuck emotions. The angels will then help you to acknowledge what is causing self-blame in your life and help you shed these negative feelings. We all do the best we can at times in our life and have no need to berate ourselves.
