The power of self hypnosis can help you bring about profound change, healing and positive growth in yourself.

August 8 – Self-Hypnosis to Manage Anger

Feeling angry is a normal part of life. Usually anger is a result of feeling frustrated, insulted, deceived or even under attack. For many, anger is a natural reaction that passes quickly. In some instances, however it can become a difficult emotion to control.

Failing to manage anger effectively can lead to mental and physical health problems. You may find your anger management issues are effecting your relationships, your work, or even your self-esteem.

August 15 – Self Hypnosis to Increase Confidence

Confidence is a state of mind. When we feel confident, we accept ourselves and believe in our abilities. When we don’t feel confident, we can become stressed, anxious, unfulfilled and ultimately unhappy.

Low self-confidence is something many of us suffer with and can be a result of many factors like fear of the unknown, low self-esteem and fear of other people’s perceptions. This lack of confidence can hold us back from developing both personally and professionally.

Hypnosis for confidence works with the subconscious mind to overcome limiting beliefs and encourage self-confidence.

August 22 – Self-Hypnosis for Weight Reduction

The main reason why people become overweight is by overeating. Too much food every day gives you unwanted pounds. How much is too much? Well, everybody knows his or her right portion, but the problem is satisfying the cravings. How do you remove the craving for snacks and junk food? Your subconscious mind can help you. You can hypnotize yourself to eat less.

August 29 – Self-Hypnosis to Quit Smoking

Quitting smoking can be incredibly difficult, but it is a good decision for your health. If you have tried other methods to stop smoking and they haven’t worked, self-hypnosis could be an option for you. Through time and practice, self-hypnosis will be able to help you relax, manage anxiety, and kick your smoking habit for good.

About the Facilitator

Omer’s journey into healing started in 2003, after doing Reiki Level 1, he received an opportunity to work at the Rehab Center for Neuro Muscular Disorders. At the center he had the opportunity of working with patients suffering from Depression, Chronic Pain, Dystonia, Neuro Muscular disorders and CP children.

His three years at this center helped greatly contributed to his professional growth and gain an understanding of different ailments and how different diseases could be treated.

At the center he had the opportunity to interact with doctors and build rapport with them as they saw how healing helped their patients.

In 2006 he started working at a specialist clinic; the patients who came to him were mostly referrals from doctors (Neurologists, Cardiologists, Psychiatrists and Oncologists).

In 2009 he established his own healing center where he conducts healing sessions, workshops & classes.

Today Omer is trained in Reiki, NLP, Hypnotherapy & SRT. He uses these skills to facilitate individuals in working through fears & phobias, OCD behaviours, relationships issues and addictions.
