Hypnosis is a state where you are complete alert and aware of everything that is happening around you, however you’re simultaneously conscious of your inner space. It could be compared to the time when you are just about to fall asleep or meditation. It is a deeply relaxing experience.
Going into such a mild hypnotic state can offer therapeutic benefit as it enable us to remove and clear from our system any negative or limiting beliefs that hinder our growth or may be causing us struggle. The negative beliefs may also be replaced with positive beliefs based on the clients will and co-operation.
In this workshop, participants learn about hypnosis, how it works, benefits and myth busters. They are also taught how to take themselves into a gentle hypnotic (meditative) state for inner guidance, healing or self awareness.
