In this experience, you DANCE WITHOUT LIMITATIONS. Trance Dance is a unique blend of dance, healing sounds, dynamic percussive rhythms, a breathing technique and the use of a blindfold – together stimulating a “trance” state that promotes spiritual awakening, mental clarity, physical stamina, releasing of redundant energies and finding emotional wellbeing.
In this session the facilitator will guide you in pairs through the Trance Dance to help you in retrieving lost parts through the dance, bringing power to your body and manifestation of your highest intention.
Important – ensure you don’t eat at least 2 hours before the session, refrain from any consumption of any toxic substance and ideally bring a partner with you as this dance requires you to pair up. A blindfold/scarf to cover the eyes or an eye-mask is necessary for the session.
