The body that is with us 24/7, that has accompanied us through every single second of our journey is the same body that we so often complain about because it is too small or too big, too wrinkled, too fat, too painful, not the right shape…the criticizing never stops.
This weight loss meditation will help you in two ways:
1) Train your brain to visualize your body as you would like it to be which will help you reach this target
2) Release guilt, pain, and sadness as emotions associated with your weight. We typically deal with these emotions by overeating or by engaging in self-destructive patterns to help us suppress these emotions.
