Sound Healing is based on the theory that the body can be restored to health and well being by projecting the precise resonant frequency (sound vibration) into the part of the body that is unhealthy or out of balance.
When the correct resonant frequency (sound vibration) is projected into the body, the body is restored to its natural vibration. Healing occurs when the body is in tune with its own natural vibration.
These vibrations can be projected in a variety of ways including therapeutic musical instruments like Tibetan bowls, Gongs, tune pipe, flute… electronic devices, and the human voice. The human voice is believed to be the most powerful of all the methods.
What are Tibetan Singing Bowls?
Tibetan Singing Bowls have been used for centuries for healing and meditation purposes.
They create a range of sounds to restore the normal vibratory frequencies of dis-eased and out-of-harmony parts of the body, mind and soul.
The sounds generated by Tibetan Singing Bowls are a type of energy medicine that promote healing from stress disorders, emotional and physical pain and dis-ease.
Healing processes are initiated through entraining our brainwaves to synchronise with the resonance of the bowls. Unique tones create the perfect state for deep meditation, creative thinking and intuitive messages.
This meditation leaves participants feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and spiritually connected with a deep sense of inner peace.
