Stress takes the best of us, creating a lot of friction within us, making survival the only possibility of life, and depriving us from experiencing higher possibilities
Nowadays stress has become a major part of our lives, somehow it has become impossible to imagine our daily life stress free; that we eagerly await our vacations or weekend to led that stress off of our system. Scientific evidence shows that a prolonged exposure to stress can impact our overall physical emotional and mental wellbeing that takes years off of our life.
The following workshop is for everyone who wants to establish a concrete grounding within them, that the outside stress no longer takes the best of them.
The participants will be introduced to how stress works, and what are the weak links within that allow this outside stress to create distress within.
