As we come to the end of the week, join us to relax and release all the stress and tension that you have been holing on to, in your body, heart and mind.
Stress is well known to be the root of all diseases, imbalances and blocks that may occur in our lives. When we are stressed, our thoughts are not clear, our emotions are out of balance and we tend to be unhappy and make unhealthy decisions in life. Most of us do not process or release this stress properly, and overtime as it accumulates it causes us to experience a series of mental, physical and emotional challenges.
As a regular practice, we invite all participants to join us in this weekly meditation so we can clear all stress and release all old, unwanted baggage. It’s time to let go of the old, outdated thoughts and feelings and open up to new, joyful possibilities.
