Our bodies are these incredible intelligent, beautiful things which has been with us from the first breath we take until our last; yet our bodies is the one thing we give the least amount of attention to, criticize and abuse in multiple ways.
Your body and mind are meant to be a whole, and awareness is the link between body and mind. Every cell knows when you are unhappy, anxious or stressed. A cell’s awareness is expressed in chemical reactions instead of words. The message comes through loud and clear – the problem is, we aren’t listening to what our bodies are telling us, we’ve never been trained to do it, no one has ever told us how to do it.
