“Today is the tomorrow, you worried about yesterday”
We all know what anxiety is: a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease about something with an uncertain outcome. There is an intense, constant fear that is hard to describe. It’s a sinking feeling in your stomach…….. It’s one of the irritations of having a mind that sometimes it’s hard to get rid of negative thoughts. It could be a mistake at work, money worries or perhaps a nameless fear.
Whatever the anxiety, fear or worry, it can prove very difficult to control. Many people use their anxiety constructively and it propels them forward acting as a motivator and protector – but over analysis creates paralysis.
In this session, we will focus briefly on the signs and symptoms of anxiety and talk about some effective strategies to combat the negative thinking pattern.
Pranayamas (yogic breath exercises) and meditation are two very effective techniques, which will be practiced.
This informative session will end with a beautiful meditation to help with anxiety and negative thought patterns.
