Your subconscious mind is where your belief systems and patterns are stored, it is where your patterns “live” – we can use this knowledge to our advantage and alter the patterns and belief systems around food & body.
Since the body responds physically to thoughts, once the alteration is made, your physical body will follow suit. For example, when we think a frightening thought, we may experience an increased heart rate, shortness of breath, “butterflies” in the stomach, muscular rigidity, sweating, shaking, and so on.
