Next to gratitude, forgiveness is the door to our inside peace and emotional freedom. It allows us to release bonds, pains and hard feelings; it helps us to move on from any past traumas.
Forgiving doesn’t mean to accept or to forget each and everything, but to remember without pain. It is to learn how to let the negativity and thoughts that stay within and around us go.
