The Four Agreements is a powerful meditation that is based on the book by Don Miguel Ruiz which has changed the lives of people across the world. The Four Agreements talks about 4 simple tools that we should apply in our every day lives which will make our lives an enriching and joyful one.
The 4 agreements are:
– Be impeccable with your word
– Not taking anything personally
– Don’t make assumptions and
– Always do your best
During this meditation, we connect to these four agreements to work towards creating a life which is authentic, positive and true. This enables us to change all that doesn’t work for us and create that which we truly desire. How to integrate these agreements into our lives and move away from ‘what we think’ is written for us to be the author of our own lives.
This meditation contains breath work, mindfulness and visualization processes.
