Our body is where the soul lives. Keeping a healthy body is as important as keeping your home clean.
Therapeutic yoga is a slow and easy method of stretching, asanas, bandhas and mudras. It allows your body to gently release toxins from the body in order to keep your mind and body clean, especially when followed by pranayams (breath regulation exercises).
The practice will be followed by a brief meditation at the end to quieten and further relax the mind.
