Life is but a series of breaths, and how we breath is how we allow life to happen.
Breathing may be considered the most important of all functions of the body.
Man is not only dependent on breath of life, but is largely dependent upon correct habits of breathing for continued vitality and freedom from disease.
A correct breathing and control over our breathing habits, will lengthen our life, and increase our vitality.
In the current workshop we will present the basics of the science of the breath, and introduce some breathing practices.
