This 2 days workshop will, help you discover, what is meditation and its benefits, based on yogic philosophy. You will learn how it can change our perspective, our physical and mental health.
It is designed to provide participants with the opportunity to explore the various techniques and dimensions of meditation. Participants learn the techniques of each meditation in order to practice it correctly.
There are many different types of meditation, and not all are suitable for everyone. You will learn and practice exercises with the breath, visualization, and mindfulness.
You will also experience various techniques of guided meditation, so that you are in a position to choose which one works for you. This will enable you to start your meditation journey with knowledge and confidence. This workshop is especially designed for beginners.
