Sustained stress of any form can lead to on-going health problems and challenges which can include blood pressure problems, gaining weight, over eating, irritation, irregular menstrual cycles, insomnia, lack of energy.
This is a workshop aimed at anyone who is interested in learning and understanding tools they can apply and use in stressful situations.
Through specific styles of breathing, mindfulness & meditation and stress management tools, stress can be managed to help create a different reaction and outcome of a situation.
